SHIPPING:

 
Items will not be shipped prior to receipt of payment.  Payment must clear our account before your items will be shipped.
 
Items can be shipped anywhere in the U.S.  Please ask if you have specific questions on shipping costs or if you want an item shipped internationally. 
 
Items are shipped USPS First Class within three business days of purchase.  We also ship USPS Priority Mail for an additional charge.  Both will include delivery confirmation.  Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding your shipping preference.
 
Insurance is available upon request for an additional amount.  Lost international orders without insurance will not be refunded.
 

Glass and Wire Gems is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.

 
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please contact the store directly regarding international orders.  They will be handled separately.   At this time, we are not equipped to ship internationally. 
 
The buyer is responsible for all duties, customs, and brokerage fees, taxes, and any other fees associated with delivery.  Glass and Wire Gems cannot be held responsible for any additional shipping fees levied upon receipt.

Delivery times will vary by country and service.  Delivery confirmation and insurance are not available for international orders.
 
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
 
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  We will accept returns or exchanges if you are unhappy for any reason with your item. Please contact us within seven days of receiving the item so that we can discuss the best way to handle your concerns. The shipping and handling fee are non-refundable. You will be responsible for any fees incurred to return the item to us.  Any item that arrives after 14 days is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items cannot be returned more than 30 days after sale unless defective.
 
Custom orders are considered a final sale.  These are non-refundable or returnable, but we will make every effort to ensure you are happy with your purchase. We encourage you to insure your item if you feel the need to return it.  Please wrap items securely.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY:
Avoid getting the porcelain cabochon wet.  It has been kiln fired and should be fine but is not meant to be soaked in water or jewelry cleaner.  It can ben gently washed and dried.  You can use a polishing cloth to clean the Argentium sterling silver, 14k gold-filled and copper wire. If your piece has a chain or neck cord, those can be cleaned with either the polishing cloth or jewelry cleaner.
